These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you", "your") and 9win ("9win", "we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://9win.casa and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital properties (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the 9win service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Membership and use of the 9win Platform is strictly conditional on the following eligibility criteria being satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the Member's relationship with 9win:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 9win adopts a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money feature of the Platform.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
3. One Account Policy: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 9win Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4. Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update your Account details should any information change. Submitting false, misleading, or third-party identity information is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment only. The use of the Platform on behalf of any third party, or the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any Game, is strictly prohibited.
6. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of online gaming services is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. 9win does not represent that access to the Platform is permissible in your jurisdiction.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide certain personal information. Upon registration, 9win will create a unique Account for you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process required of all Members before withdrawals may be processed. KYC is conducted to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect our Members against identity fraud. You will be required to provide:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, bearing your full name and address.
• A live selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, confirming you are the registered Account holder.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable — for example, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank account, or e-wallet used to deposit.

9win reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to enhanced due diligence documents for high-value accounts. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of a complete submission. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure.

9win supports a broad range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and BTC/USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to payment provider limits.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• 9win does not charge any fees for standard deposits. Payment provider fees, if any, are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: subject to tier limits and the Company's current withdrawal policy, available on request from the support team.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account or, in certain circumstances, an equivalent verified method in the Member's own name.
• The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high demand.
• 9win does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees may apply to crypto withdrawals.
• 9win reserves the right to perform enhanced checks on withdrawal requests where anti-fraud or AML concerns are identified. In such cases, processing may take up to 72 hours.

All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to the Company's AML policies. 9win reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that is suspected of being connected to fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.

9win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are only available to Members who have fully satisfied the eligibility requirements in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the total of the Bonus Funds received (not the deposit amount).
• Real money funds in an Account are used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers, unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
• 9win reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus upon first deposit, subject to meeting minimum deposit requirements and accepting the specific offer terms. Welcome bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x, depending on the offer selected. Maximum bonus amounts and eligible games are detailed within each individual offer.

6.3 Loyalty and VIP Rewards

Members accumulate Jade Points on eligible real-money wagers. Points may be redeemed for rewards or used to advance through the Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP tiers. Tier qualification is assessed on a rolling 90-day basis. VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback, birthday bonuses, and withdrawal priority — are detailed in the Loyalty Programme terms available on the Platform.

All bets and wagers placed on the 9win Platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game and the general rules set out in this section.

• A wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's system. Unconfirmed bets due to connectivity issues, technical errors, or incomplete session data are not binding on 9win.
• 9win reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is found to have been placed under erroneous odds, incorrect pricing, or as the result of a technical malfunction.
• For sports betting markets, all results are determined by the official outcome as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of official result unavailability, 9win's decision is final.
• Live in-play betting odds and markets may be suspended or removed at any time, particularly around goal events, red cards, injuries, or match stoppages in football matches — including EPL fixtures and Liga Super Malaysia games.
• Mix Parlay selections are resolved independently. A single void or non-runner selection in a Mix Parlay may reduce the accumulator stake rather than voiding the entire bet slip, subject to the applicable parlay rules at the time of placement.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) verified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP values are accurate and based on audited long-run averages.
• 9win does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or win rate on any Game. Gambling involves risk. Losses are possible on every wager.

The following acts and omissions are strictly prohibited on the 9win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human interaction mechanism to access or interact with any Game or feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in any Game to gain an unfair advantage, including attempting to manipulate RNG outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, especially in live poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, drug trafficking, or money laundering.
• Depositing or withdrawing via payment methods not registered in your own name, or attempting to circumvent payment restrictions using third-party accounts.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any component of the Platform's infrastructure or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 9win staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the 9win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content or underlying technology.

The 9win name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or common-law trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any 9win trademark is strictly prohibited.

9win is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read alongside these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity data, contact information, financial data, transaction records, KYC documentation, and usage data collected during your interaction with the Platform.

9win will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law, regulation, or court order, or as necessary for the operation of the Platform (for example, payment processor integration).

9win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our Responsible Gambling Policy details the full suite of tools and resources available to Members. The following terms apply as part of this Agreement:

• Minimum Age: The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Any Member found to be under the minimum age will have their Account immediately closed and all associated funds reviewed.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period of up to 7 days to increase.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, the Account will be automatically restricted from further real-money wagering for the designated period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of the time elapsed and total wagered during a session are available and encouraged.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9win and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or delay in game data, odds, or results caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or device compatibility issues.
• Any decision made by the Company in good faith under these Terms, including the voiding of bets, withdrawal holds, or account restrictions.

In any event, 9win's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money held in that Member's Account at the time the incident occurred.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including where:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member's Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• The Member is found to be under the age of 21.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel the Company to restrict access.
• The Member has previously been self-excluded and is attempting to re-register.

Where an Account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned upon closure, regardless of wagering progress.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which the Company operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be referred to 9win's internal dispute resolution process.

Members who wish to raise a formal dispute must submit full written details of their complaint to [email protected]. 9win will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. Class actions and representative proceedings are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9win will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via on-Platform notification, email communication, or a prominently displayed notice on the homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

It is each Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the sidebar reflects the date of the most recent revision.
